What you receive
A concise written action summary for the agreed issue, with proposed priorities and responsibilities for your team to confirm.
Starting engagement & fees
Two consulting hours for $400 + GST ($440 including GST). The two hours cover preparation, discussion, review and the action summary. The proposal limits the issue and information reviewed so that these activities fit the booked time.
Rates are in Australian dollars. Additional hours require agreement before work proceeds. On-site delivery and travel are quoted separately. The written proposal confirms the scope, information required, deliverables, timeframe and total fee.
Scope boundaries
Broader business strategy, financial or legal advice, a whole-system assessment, writing a full set of procedures and implementation work are outside this starting engagement. Quality-system development and audit packages are scoped separately.
