What you receive
One agreed tracker and one concise progress summary for the defined review period. The client supplies the project dates, decisions and status information.
Starting engagement & fees
Four consulting hours for $600 + GST ($660 including GST). Preparation, coordination, tracker updates and the progress summary count towards the four hours. Ongoing meetings and reporting are booked separately.
Rates are in Australian dollars. Additional hours require agreement before work proceeds. On-site delivery and travel are quoted separately. The written proposal confirms the scope, information required, deliverables, timeframe and total fee.
Scope boundaries
This is coordination and reporting support within your project team. Full project delivery management, budget ownership, detailed scheduling, engineering decisions and site supervision are outside the starting scope. The project lead retains delivery decisions and approvals.
